KidSpace Childcare and Preschool uses Adventures in Learning Curriculum. The learning curriculum meets all state standards and builds a strong foundation for a child’s early years inspiring a love for learning. Children learn through play, interaction and instruction. Adventures in learning is divided into three sections: Infant, Toddler, and 3-5 years.
Above all, KidSpace provides children an education devoted to safety, health and spiritual well-being. As a part of this process, we aspire to build each child’s confidence, self- esteem, and belief in God’s love for them.
Infants
The infant curriculum provides ideas and experiences for caregivers to connect and explore with infants each day.
Toddlers
Adventures for Toddlers is a comprehensive curriculum for children 18 months through 36 months. The curriculum features 30 toddler topics in eight focus areas. Each toddler topic is introduced with a children’s book.
3-5 Years
Adventures is Learning is a comprehensive curriculum for children 3-5 years. The curriculum is flexible and allows teachers to choose from 40 topics of study and to decide when to explore the topics with the children. The curriculum has a language and literacy focus. The activities are correlated to the learning goals in the Arkansas Child Development and Early Learning Standards. The goal is to prepare each child for Kindergarten.
